Q. Monthly Fee
A. The monthly fee will be ¥3,121. Payment method will be automatic withdrawal via credit card only.
Q. Billing Date
A. You will be billed the initial date of registration for the first month. For every month after, the billing date will be the 1st.
Q. Requirements to Join
A. You are required to be a professional DJ. Anyone who is a professional DJ may join our site, as long as you are over 18 years old.
Q. Cannot Complete Transaction
A. Please make sure that you have given the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you still encounter an error with the correct information provided, please contact your credit card company.
Q. No Confirmation E-mail

Q. No Confirmation E-mail
A. Please check to see you have provided the correct e-mail address. It is also possible that the confirmation e-mail has been filed in your spam folder.
Q. Cancelling Membership
A. If you wish to cancel membership, please go to “Setting” under “DJ Menu” using PC or Mac.
Q. Cancellation of Automatic Billing
A. Automatic billing will end on the same month when the membership cancellation process is completed. Please note, if the cancellation process is completed in the following month, you will be billed for the additional month even if cancellation is made before the billing date.
Q. Rejoining
A. Once you have cancelled membership, you will not be able to rejoin for 6 months. After 6 months has passed, you will be able to register by login into your previous account.
Q. About the Bit Rate
A. Standard bit rate shall be 192~320kbps. However due to the nature of promotional music data, sometimes the bit rate may not meet the standards.
Q. About the Password
A. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” under the login page. If you wish to change your password, please go to “Setting” under “DJ Menu”.
Q. Displaying BPM and KEY in your DJ software
A. BPM and KEY can be found in the ID3 tag. Some software will not display in default mode, so please check your DJ interface manual.
Q. Operating Systems
A. Our service can be used with either Windows or Mac. For inquiries regarding further details such as compatible versions, etc., please message us via "contact".
Q. Internet Browser
A. Our site can be viewed and used using IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
Q. Using a Smartphone or Tablet
A. Your use will be limited to all services except for downloading.
Q. Can’t Login all of a sudden
A. Please check to see if your e-mail address and password is correct. Also please be sure there are no extra spaces, and the correct casing and characters are being used.
Q. Accessing the Premium Crate
A. The premium crate can only be accessed by members who have continued their subscription for at least 3 months. If for any reason you fail to make payment on the billing date, your member status will be reset, and you will not be able to access the premium crate.
Caution
A. The intended purpose of a record pool is for music promotion by DJ’s only. Members may NOT sell the music found in DIGTRACKS.com to a third party, or make profit in any other way.
